Carlene, one of the Co-Founding Directors of Hyveminds, is a lean practitioner having completed her accreditation through the Institute of Quality Management. She has significant experience in project management, project support and solution design. Additionally, Carlene has extensive experience in instructional design and content delivery and development, having worked as a VCAL Coordinator and Instructional Designer and trainer within the TAFE sector. Carlene has taught within a variety of programs and has particular expertise in developing competency compliant materials. She has extensive knowledge of both Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
Aaron has developed and implemented e-learning solutions for a number of major tertiary clients. He has developed productivity solutions for major clients such as the Herald Sun, and Mersey Valley. Aaron leads the web solutions team and is a Co-Founding Director of Hyveminds. Aaron has expertise with a number of e-learning authoring solutions. He has led large project teams in the development and delivery of major software solutions and platforms. Aaron has led multi-national teams co-ordinating complex solutions delivery from server to client application level with project experience in .NET, iOS, Java, PHP, and Cross platform technology.
Christine has significant experience in corporate management and solutions delivery, having worked with both the NAB and ANZ banks. Christine is an experienced Lean practitioner. She has applied lean methodology to BPR activities at both the NAB and ANZ. Christine has led the deployment of complex software solutions with entities such as Hyveminds. Remarkably Christine also has impressive systems design acumen. Christine is a Lead Designer and Co-Founding Director with Hyveminds, where she combines functional design with beautiful aesthetics. She has significant experience in designing systems, processes, UI and UX for all major software platforms..
Michael, is one of the Co-Founding Directors at Hyveminds. Michael is a passionate educator, he has worked as a CALD educator, corporate facilitator and as a university lecturer. Michaelâ€™s primary expertise is in machine learning, predictive analytics and complex financial analysis. He has taught economics, econometrics and other business-related disciplines at a tertiary level. He has taught at the University of Melbourne, Deakin University and a number of foreign research institutes. Additionally, he is an author and subject matter expert for CPA Australiaâ€™s Financial Risk Management Program. Michael has extensive experience in software design, e-learning design and development, having consulted with some of Australiaâ€™s leading university and TAFE institutes and the corporate sector. Michael has qualifications in Justice, Commerce, Sustainability, Economics, Finance and Accounting. He is unit chair in Finance at Deakin University. Prior to this, Michael worked with PwC, Ford, Korda Mentha, and AusAid.
